About Pittsburgh City Hall Employees

The Pittsburgh City Hall Employees Federal Credit Union was chartered in 1936 with the purpose of serving the municipal employees of the City of Pittsburgh and their immediate families. The credit union ideology of “People Helping People” has always been the driving force of the credit union. The field of membership grew to include Pittsburgh Municipal Pension Fund Employees, Pittsburgh Water & Sewer Authority Employees, Pittsburgh Parking Authority Employees, Sports and Exhibition Authority Employees, Retired Pensioners and family members of any of the above groups. And, of course, “Once a member always a member.”

The Pittsburgh City Hall Employees Federal Credit Union is a not-for-profit financial cooperative and exists to serve its members.

Today our credit union is strong and thriving, fully staffed with knowledgeable employees and a well-informed, experienced board of directors.
