Membership at Pittsburgh City Hall Employees Federal Credit Union is open to Full Time and Permanent Part-Time employees of the city of Pittsburgh, Pittsburgh Municipal Pension Fund, Pittsburgh Water & Sewer Authority, Pittsburgh Parking Authority, Sports and Exhibition Authority, Retired Pensioners as well as their immediate family members.
